It is a privilege to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Inspiring Primaries Academy Trust — an ambitious, values-driven Church of England multi-academy trust rooted in the communities of South and West Leicestershire. Our Trust brings together nine schools, each with its own distinctive character and history, united by a shared purpose: to inspire all to flourish and succeed.
At Inspiring Primaries Academy Trust, our vision and values shape everything we do. They are not simply words on a page — they guide our decisions, inform our relationships, and underpin the culture in each of our schools. We are committed to creating environments where pupils feel safe, respected, and a deep sense of belonging; where high expectations sit alongside warmth, kindness, and compassion; and where every child is supported to grow in character as well as in knowledge.
Our schools are places where children are encouraged to develop a love of learning, confidence in who they are, and a sense of responsibility for others. Visitors often comment on the calm, purposeful atmosphere that permeates our classrooms and corridors, and on the strong relationships that exist between staff, pupils and families.
As a Trust, we believe deeply in collaboration — sharing expertise, nurturing talent, and working collectively so that every child, in every school, receives the best possible education.
We are fanatical about embedding research-informed practice across our schools. By drawing on the best evidence about how children learn, we ensure that every strategy we adopt has purpose and impact. We are ambitious for our staff, investing in their development so they continue to grow as exceptional educators — confident, reflective, and equipped with the knowledge and skills to inspire every pupil.
We remain ambitious for our pupils, for our staff, and for our communities, and we look forward to building on our successes as we continue to grow and evolve.
This website introduces you to our work and offers information for parents, pupils, and our wider community. I hope it conveys the pride we take in our schools and the aspirations that drive us forward.
Thank you for visiting, and please do get in touch if you would like to learn more about our Trust or any of our schools.
